What areas do you serve?
We serve Los Angeles County, including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Pasadena, Glendale, Torrance, Inglewood, and surrounding areas. Lancaster and Palmdale are not included.
Do you accept large pets?
Yes. We accept pets of all sizes, up to 250 lbs. Please call or text us for assistance and timing.
Do you pick up from veterinary clinics?
Yes. We can pick up from home or from a veterinary clinic across Los Angeles County, excluding Lancaster and Palmdale.
What is included with private cremation?
Private cremation includes individual cremation, a keepsake pouch, a paw print, and a hair keepsake. An urn is not included.
Are ashes delivered back to me?
No. We do the pickup, but not the delivery back. For private cremation, ashes are picked up by the family from our Los Angeles office.
Can I buy an urn?
Yes. We will have multiple urns available for purchase at our Los Angeles office when you come to pick up the ashes.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. There are no payment plans. Pricing is $99 for communal cremation and $225 for private cremation.
